To get the wiper seal into place, I had to put the top center nut on the shaft, and then place the end of the shaft loosely in the vice, using the top center nut as a backing to pull against. I then braced the shock assembly betwen my bicep and rib cage, and then forced the wiper seal into position. It's kind of tricky because as you put force on the wiper seal, the shaft assembly will want to slide into the can. It's not too bad though. (click pic to enlarge.)

You are almost done! Put the remaining parts back onto the shock in the reverse order of removal. Check your reference measurement (listed on Page 3) to get the top center nut back into position at the proper depth on the shaft. You will then need to take them to your local motorcycle shop and get them recharged with nitrogen. I fill mine to approximately 180 psi. After you get the coilover installed on the truck, be sure to use the allen wrench to hold the top of the shaft and make sure the top center nut is nice and tight. Tighten all of the mounts, and then adjust the collar/lift height. Don't forget to tighten the allen screw on the collar when you are finished.
